I love working with SD Sign! Their team is great and helps with any questions I have. Even the chat feature on the website is great for quick questions. The product is always as expected and I love the quality. Only improvement I would suggest - Rather than emailing the general graphics email, it would be great to know who is working on my project and their email, so I can follow up with them directly and messages do not get lost in the general graphics inbox.

Overall the banner came out great! Just a few black dots I wasn’t expecting to be printed on there.

Really nice quality of the hardware and the fabric for our tension fabric display. The only hiccup was the shipping, we paid for 2 day shipping and the address we gave is correct, just not in the UPS system and therefore it was not delivered. SD Sign took care of the delivery address, but we had to pay an address change fee. Wish that had been caught sooner, so the delivery came through as planned.

Arrived when promised, proofs worked great, and people were easy to work with and nice.
