Incorrect description on item and no response from email correspondence

the mesh on these panels is so weak and flimsy it is broken during normal transit. add an extra bar in the middle or use stronger mesh .

Still haven’t received my order

I ordered a ramp in mid-September and I have still not received delivery despite paying for the product and the freight at the time of placement of the order. I am considering all of my options including reference to the appropriate QLD Government Agencies. JACKIE HART
