Products are probably going to be good, but the amount of spam emails I receive since making the purchase is enough for me to never shop with you guys again

Made a purchase and it was delivered super-fast, thank you! However, since then, more than $4,000 of unauthorised charges have been made on my credit card. Now, the reason I can point to you is that this transaction is the only one I have legitimately made on that card in months, and the fraudulent transactions started within a few days of use of the card. I am so pleased I didn't use my normal card, and the one with which I have so many payment authorities set up, to make this purchase. You need to change your payment vendor in a hurry and tidy up your accounting.

Paid over $100 for delivery the TNT wouldn’t drop it at the delivery address because it was over 30kg ( 4 x bollards ) And said it will stay in the yard until I pick it up What a joke

I didn't receive the item as shown in the order and website. I have been trying to contact the sales team to solve this problem for the last 4 weeks and no one has done anything. My emails are ignored, and when calling the sales team, they continue to say "we will look into it" but nothing else happens afterwards.

Ask and thou shalt receive! Never ceases to amaze me when a company like this is so eager to get a review that they "bribe" you for it but forget the essential service - to provide the item that they have sold in a timely manner. Already received another email offering me bonus points or liking or sharing on Facebook or Instagram - this after they have ignored an email requesting information on a purchase from 2 weeks ago. Its obviously easier to hand out rewards points than it is to deliver a product in my case. Anyway I shall sit back and wait for varying responses and, hopefully, a delivery of my purchased items.
