Missed the mark
You are usually good to work with but totally stuffed this order. The nosing strips aren't properly documented on the website which meant the order and pricing were off but I had to call to find that out and need to be charged more. Then they were "stuck in manufacturing" when actually didn't have stock and I wasn't advised for over a week until I called and chased it. That had to be refunded, then I couldn't be assured about when the safety tape could be sent out and for some reason it took 3 days just to wrap a box in the warehouse and send it out to me after al the other stuff ups.
In the background I had the Strata client getting annoyed with me. I could have bought all these products from Bunnings as soon as I wanted them. So why would I use your company again?
I do hope you fix your "stuck in manufacturing" problem someone needs the daily task of watching when something falls in that bucket and sorting it out, you clearly have a blindspot.
