very very slow dispatch

I live in a rural area and buy most things online. this purchase is by far the slowest I have experienced between purchase and dispatch. I was not in a rush but likely will not use this service again

Initially we received a great

Initially we received a great response from Safety Xpress when the order was placed in to ensure we received the bank details to transfer the funds, however upon requesting answers to our concerns regarding delivery, our emails where left answered and ignored. We paid for a point-to-point delivery service; however we were subsequently advised that due to the distance, Safety Xpress would be sending the order via TNT instead and asked for confirmation that this was 'okay.' We immediately expressed concern as we required 24 hour notice to ensure we had a staff member available on site to accept the goods as the premises was not manned. Despite the question raised, it went unanswered, and we simply received the Shipment Note from a Sarah Smith. We once again queried with Sarah if this was confirmation that the order had been shipped and again no answer until we received a generic Order Dispatch notification in place of a direct response from Safety Xpress We then proceeded to contact TNT to ask if they could provide 24-hour notice of the delivery to which they replied, their drivers do not send out notifications. In the end, the order was left unattended outside of the gates to our premises with the risk of the items being compromised or misappropriated. We were particularly disappointed that the order was sent without our consent to the change of delivery method and our communication fell on deaf ears for an issue that was of outmost importance to us.

Always some sort of problem

Very bad customer service, stores mistakes and delays in delivery make for a bad experience really!! It states 3-5 days delivery well it was 15 days , and i just heard excuse es ?!?!? They blamed the delivery company , but i found out the original delay was bad stores delayed getting my delivery on the way ...... You need to be honest there and say 10 - 15 days delivery !! The time b4 they didnt send the fasteners with the bollards !??! The time before the bollards came as two seperate deliveries and this delayed me on the job , bad stores service and when i was quering all this customer service just frobbed me off .... all the above make my reputation, as contractor , look very shady as i have to then make excuses to my clients as to why im not meeting my deadlines !?!? Get your act together !! The products themselves and pricing of such very good though , but with all the delivery and store problems make the overall experience very bad :(

RAT supply

Happy with delivery and timing. I was advised that the product was no longer available and would be substituted. I was ok with that, assuming like-for-like replacement. However, I ordered Self-test RATs and instead received Point of Care RATs, which require a health practitioner to deliver. This is impossible for the purpose intended with this purchase. I understand the need to replace items sometimes, especially when supply chains are so disrupted, but it should be at least like for like or better. Purpose is critical. Thanks for checking.

Way too long for dispatch.

It’s been 2 weeks since purchase and I’m yet to receive it. Email a couple of times, first time they said they were waiting on stock. 6 days ago they said stock arrived and waiting on warehouse, yesterday I emailed again and last night I got an email saying that it’s been dispatched.. 🤞
