not delivered to delivery address
My parcel which you were paid to deliver was not delivered to my address although you notified me it was. It was delivered to the Loch Post Office some 7 kilometres from the delivery address. I received no notification that in fact you had delivered it to the P O instead of my address. This caused me to have to investigate and eventually my investigation resulted in me finding the delivery was not carried out as requested.
The delay necessitated me to drive to your premises to purchase a replacement item so it could be installed at the appropriate time.
I now have recovered the article from the Loch Post Office but have to return it to you, and then I'm told there will be a 10% administration fee deducted from the price paid.
I request that you agree to pay for the extreme inconvenience and time which you have put me to as a result of not delivering the article to the stated address.
