Bollards were not processed or dispatched for a full week and then when we cancelled our order, a refund was never processed. Something i now need to chase up. Was nothing express about this purchase.

Bollards were covered in blacks marks. Looked second hand

When can we expect to receive our order???

Took way too long to dispatch my order causing me to miss a deadline.

I purchased 4 saddle rails, delivery was to nearest town so I drove 1 hour to pick them up. When I was installing my hand rail I noticed I was supplied with 2 of one type and 2 of another type with different dimensions. I had to have 2 completely modified cut and rewelded to do the job. Dave
