I ordered a mat for the car which was good but i forgot to add to my order first aid kits so i rang and message the company but zero response….at least i got the mat I ordered

I ordered and paid for 10 asphalt anchors with hex heads for screwing into the ground. I wanted to use them as screwin tent pegs to secure a gazebo against the wind. They sent me ten different items that are hit in with a sledge hammer. I rang and pointed out the mistake so they then sent me 100 of the correct asphalt anchors. The items are good quality so I asked to be invoiced for 10 more. Just waiting for them to arrange to pick up the initial incorrect fasteners and the 80 extra asphalt anchors.

Safety Express is usually fast and efficient. Dropped the ball on this purchase, through the choice of TNT as the primary delivery carrier.

My order went through on the 11th December 2025, I received an email on the 12th December 2025, advising that the order was shipped. A week goes by and it's still saying shipped. I contacted the sales staff in Brisbane to find out when it should arrive. They couldn't advise me a delivery date. Said they'd look into it and call me back, which they did. . The NSW warehouse had it as shipped but they had no stock, so they advised me that it was coming from Melbourne and i would recieve tracking for January 2026 delivery. Sent an email on the 6th Jan 26 asking for delivery tracking. I understood it neede a lift bed truck due to it's size. Still waiting for answers from my email. It's now the 10th Jan 26. Not a Peep nor a return phone call. Surely someone in sales could check up on it for me. Honestly I'm pretty much over chasing them so I guess i'll eventually hear something. Was impressed with Safety Xpress's quick and easy checkout process. I was left disappointed after my order was delivered incorrectly. I have contacted Safety Xpress three times to try fix my order but I haven't heard back, so their customer service team are not too prompt. A bit disappointing.
