One of the items was missing from my order (not in stock) I was told prior to arrival that all items were in stock, I was told delivery would be three days for pick up. Three days later I was told three days again, and then told three days again after that. I can’t fault the quality of the items. 2 weeks and order has not been completed.

I was missing part of my order and have messaged the company with no response. Everything else I ordered was as it said and arrived quickly after ordering.

Purchased a gate and it was sent through without the hinges attached. Contacted Safety xpress and they sent through the hinges. We still had to drill the mounting holes and align the hinges. Sadly this was also our first order from the company.

Our first order was disappointing, unfortunately after collecting our online order and unloading at our factory we found there were a few missing items, there was no packing list given when collected to crosscheck before leaving. After a phone call and some emails trying to solve getting the missing items here, a week later it was finally sorted out without any further fuss. The product we purchased was their ezyrail system which was solidly built and finished but it too had problems, we ordered internal expanding joints to connect rails and had to spend hours cutting and grinding out washers that had been welded inside the pipe so the joiners could go in and not sure whether it was a result of this or that the internal section of the joiners are not long enough to do the job well, but the rails flex at the joins and don’t remain straight leaving the job looking substandard. A same really, as mentioned the component quality was solid.

The parcel was delivered to wrong address and waited another three days for my parcel
