Delivery options are lacking. It’s an extremely heavy item and customers should not be on their own to place it in their houses.

Love the product but shipping was too long i would just go and find other deals with more bang fore the buck. After ordering 1 stopbox i saw commercials on deals for buy 1 get one free. . sucks i had to pay over $200 for one and miss out on the deal.

It came damaged. We’re still waiting for the replacement part so we can get it installed and finally use it. The customer service has been slow.

Good safe selection. For my first safe purchase, I would probably go with a different company. Not very customer friendly. Everything is automated like every business these days. Automated emails with zero details or helpful information. You are just a number and a source of revenue. Nothing more. Nothing less. For a major purchase like this I would recommend a company with a more personal business model.

Shipping is an issue, to start with. My safe crushed its shipping pallet, so it arrive in a tangle of pallets the shipping company used to make it handleable. Safe itself is fine. None of the accessories (white light, gel)I ordered showed up with the safe or any subsequent shipment. Suggest your order them separately.
