One of the items ordered is damaged

The shipment takes half year to deliver. When it's delivered, it's more disappointment than the excitement because the material is stiff. It is not comfortable to touch or put my foot on. The pattern is nice but overall I would not recommend this rug.

The most difficult process to return an item. No one answers the number for support, you leave multiple messages, no one returns your calls. Multiple emails just to get an RMA to do a simple return. Will NEVER buy a rug (or anything) from this compnay again.

My bed did not have the holes drilled in one of the side boards. I reached out sent a picture and never heard from you. Not too great!

Shipping was great! The only issue is that it already broke!
