Ordered in July after said
Ordered in July after said it was in stock. Tracking created and still no delivery well into September for a $1355 purchase. Absolutely zero communication and had to call them in August for an update. Tracking has never gone live and now they want to know how they did. It's a one star for me right now. I just want to know where my furniture is, when to expect it, and some inkling of a clue on what I need to do as a customer to complete this transaction. Terrible service and communication. Currently no delivery in sight. Willing to wait for what I want, not willing to participate on a purchase that I have to constantly chase down because they don't have the ability to inform the customer of status. With technology today, this is pretty unacceptable!
