Bad costumer support for a rather expensive item

I do not want to review it was so bad!!!!

Terrible - do not buy. I purchased a wooden table over $1000 which had a crack in the top. The only offer they made was to “send someone to repair it” it has been several months and I’ve heard nothing.

Awful. Was sent a defective, very expensive, laundry hamper with the hydraulic strut arm attached to one of the thin side slats that was merely stapled to the hamper frame, and thus failed (the force of the struct pulled the side slat out of the frame and broke it at the staple entry points). I very clearly explained that the unit I received did not match what was on the website or in the instructions, but was told I assembled it incorrectly. I had to appeal to American Express for relief. We will never purchase anything Safavieh again.
