I placed an order in February and knew it was on back order until May, but then the date passed and I hadn’t heard anything so I inquired and was told it was now on back order under July. I still haven’t received notification, apology for inconvenience, or anything. I can only assume at this time that it is still on track for July?!? I have already designed my room around this rug so I don’t want to cancel but I would like some transparency and communication regarding the status.
