Everything was great

Too much trouble to return a $78 rug. Had to fill out a return request form and scan it back and then same with a refund. Shouldn’t be that hard.

It's been 11 days since I emailed customer service about an item that we received damaged. No reply yet.

Super light, good if on carpet.

I wish some items had better stock levels. Items that I like are hardly in stock.
