I’ve been trying to get in touch with somebody about a damaged item from the delivery and no one has gotten back to me in over a week

We ordered a number of products from Safavieh for a client. One of the items came damaged. The other was delivered in an open package and left in the rain. Safavieh was quick to replace both of them, however, damages are common when we order from Savavieh which adds a considerable amount of work (TIME!!!) on our end to clean up the mess with our client and coordinate a new delivery.

Ordered and paid for two items and only one came. Customer service not responding to my inquiries.

Our dealer price is even higher than what our client found in HomeGoods store on the same item!
