I’ve been trying to get in touch with somebody about a damaged item from the delivery and no one has gotten back to me in over a week

Frequently receive damaged goods

We ordered a number of products from Safavieh for a client. One of the items came damaged. The other was delivered in an open package and left in the rain. Safavieh was quick to replace both of them, however, damages are common when we order from Savavieh which adds a considerable amount of work (TIME!!!) on our end to clean up the mess with our client and coordinate a new delivery.
