Poor service - three attempts to reach out to support, all were ignored

Would Lv if you would agree to EXCHANGE for the THE PROPER size (a small) I’m a medium and they are ABSOLUTELY HUGE🥹help❣️

Very disappointed with the latest purchase as the quality leaves much to be desired. . . . The bark on the bottoms is terribly made! The fabric sticks out on the V-shaped front of the bottoms and constantly twists. This is not my first swimsuit but the quality is such for the first time. . . . It's a pity that I cut off the labels. . . And I can't return it anymore

Products themselves are very good. Returns are absolutely ridiculous though. You have to pay a restocking fee (which in these days is ridiculous) and when you return stuff, you have to do each individually. So they say “use the same packaging to save the environment” but then make you ship your items back individually AND charge you to restock each. Never again
