Annoying… I just submit a review and you ask me to rate my experience with the review? Umm… what? lol?

Products themselves are very good. Returns are absolutely ridiculous though. You have to pay a restocking fee (which in these days is ridiculous) and when you return stuff, you have to do each individually. So they say “use the same packaging to save the environment” but then make you ship your items back individually AND charge you to restock each. Never again

Being charged for shipping and stocking fee is ridiculous, especially when the dress is falsely advertised.

Not good experience as never received refund to credit card for the short sleeve top whole hearted top I returned the top was too small on me

I had to fight with customer service for weeks about the fact that whoever packaged my order did not include this dress, which was all I ever wanted. They never sent a replacement dress and instead after much delay gave me a refund. I ended up ordering the dress from another retailer.
