Initially customer service was responsive.

Initially customer service was responsive. Then I could no longer get a response to e-mail or vm. No one picked up the phone either when i would call. It’s been an easy 2 weeks now. Still waiting about an exchange. Ordering is super fast, however. Website would be better if more info like screw sizes and mounting instructions were added so it wouldn’t be such a shot in the dark with ordering and hoping things will work, and particularly when there are no responses to questions.

Happy with the product. Took a week just to ship with no follow up or explanation. Most places now days. . . . ship within 24 hours.

Getting a warranty replacement and

Getting a warranty replacement and return has been frustrating. I have been sent incorrect replacement items and when I returned them for the correct parts, Rotopax is now trying to charge me.

Terrible! STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED

Terrible! STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER! I have called multiple times and assured that it was re-shipped and yet I have not received any updates. Was supposed to be shipped to my house and my package is lost in transit and Rotopax is blaming it on USPS. So I have spent several hundred dollars and have nothing in return. If anyone at Rotopax cares it's order : 72052 I want my parts or my money back but if I don't hear from you today I will start proceedings to recoup. I received a request to review my items from Rotopax today! That is laughable. If I don't hear something today I will start reviewing the company.
