Initially customer service was responsive. Then I could no longer get a response to e-mail or vm. No one picked up the phone either when i would call. It’s been an easy 2 weeks now. Still waiting about an exchange. Ordering is super fast, however. Website would be better if more info like screw sizes and mounting instructions were added so it wouldn’t be such a shot in the dark with ordering and hoping things will work, and particularly when there are no responses to questions.
