Horrible lock

I have spent so much on Rotopax stuff. I asked about any discounts and was told there aren’t any. Okay fine…I still buy Rotopax. I have had to replace two caps on a gas can and diesel can. They break VERY easily. I emailed Rotopax to see if they would be willing to help me with a replacement cap and tension ring for my diesel can, and they did not respond. Lack of response earns one star. These canisters are supposed to be mounted on rugged vehicles right?! Why do they break so darn easily?
