*Legacy* Roccat UK

Very fast dispatch, but the Hermes courier left the parcel on the doorstep without knocking or ringing the doorbell.. Luckily we were at home at the time and the parcel wasn't stolen.

Ordering through Roccat was simple and they actually had THE best price online for my mouse. The only problem they have is that they entrust their parcels to Hermes (pretending to be called "Evri" - but they are still actually Hermes). This is THE lowest grade courier in the UK, and they are well known for stealing customer parcels. I was horrified when I discovered the dreaded "We've got your parcel" e-mail from Hermes. They e-mailed me the day it was SUPPOSED to be delivered to tell me "there has been a delay for your delivery" - no explanation, no nothing. They also try as hard as they can to avoid ANY contact with people whose parcels they have. I chatted with their useless chatbot, and in the "Is there anything else you would like to add" I said that I would be contacting the police if they had not delivered my parcel by the end of the week. Next thing I know BOOM, the parcel miraculously was not delayed anymore and arrived (a bit battered - this is because Hermes have been filmed multiple times throwing parcels around and kicking them around too). Sadly it is a fact that no company that uses Hermes to deliver their parcels is taking customer deliveries seriously. If Roccat switch to a reputable courier like DPD or Royal Mail, they'd of course get a full 5 Stars. Until then, obviously no way while they insist on using the lowest grade courier company in the UK.

The UK website should make it very clear that the mini keyboard does not come with UK Keycaps. Customer service were responsive however language barriers and misunderstandings made a failed return difficult.
