Good product’s expensive I like them however if you can’t keep the software up to date you are losing the experience for your gamers .

Awful service, wrong product delivered, doubt I’ll receive the right one given it was a Black Friday special.

ORDER NOT RECEIVED

Placed an order. Dispatched that night. Great. Following morning. Leaves depot for delivery. Great I thought. Then 1 minute later (60 whole seconds) update: there's been a problem. Will let you know the next day its on the way. Next day. Leaves depot. 3 minutes later. Returned to depot. Same message. Then nothing. But I notice an issue. By billing postcode has been mixed with the delivery one. I contact roccat. I'll change it they say. I contact evri. They say sender has to change it. No problem. They said they will. Then. The apparatus dishonesty starts. Evri say roccat won't change it. Roccat say evri won't change it. Contact roccat. Pointless. They say I have to let it get sent back to them and they'll refund me. I have to re-order. That was the 20th July and I'm still without product or refund. Of course. No way to call anyone. Email only so I've asked the question. I know it's a mistake that happened when I was filling in the order. I coughed that. It's the lies. Someone's lying. Is it evri or roccat. Who knows. I can't express how frustrating this whole calamity is. I guess it's a kind of blessing. As if I had to do a warranty claim on something later down the line and I had to deal with this type of nonsense I'd lose the will to live. I encourage roccat to call me and sort this debacle out. But they won't. They'll email because by the looks of it. Talking on the phone is far too difficult. It's easier to use internal acronyms on an email exchange Ordering direct? Don't bother.
