Fast delivery maybe use smaller boxes or bubble wrap to stop items bouncing around, this set is not used yet as it’s a Christmas gift

Fast delivery, but the mouse came in a very big box(6x the size needed for the mouse)

Please give the user the option of a better delivery service than Evri/Hermes. I've had multiple poor experiences with them in the past (breaking into my locked back garden shed, throwing parcels over garden gate, leaving parcels in wheelie bin etc.). It was thankfully ok for this delivery from Roccat, but I would much rather pay extra to go for a better service like DPD or Royal Mail. Other than that the service was very good.

Came ahead of schedule but receipt and communication could have been better.

Good delivery time and good packaging. Everything arrived in time and safely. Also not a lot of waste which was good.
