Nothing went wrong on the shipping part the website it self was quite nice though its quite abit annoying having to scroll down to see what's in the mouse and the overall look of it aint that nice

Overall the headset is good ligth weigth, the sounds is great but the docking station for charging is a misery i have to spend 1-2 minutes to find the way that i can charge it. Other than that it is a great product

Good fast shipping. Bad service since you can't cancel an order if you ordered the wrong item, and have to pay for return shipping.
