I do not understand why some products are only available in different regions. Some of these are far more favourable to my needs. Additionally, regarding the Vulcan White Bundle, why is it only possible to only select the wireless headset? I would gladly pay the same price, but with the wired version of the very same headset. I remember being even able to select the exact type of switch(including colour) on my first roccat keyboard and I bet this lack of customizability turn at least a few off. Service is fine, but a downgrade from better times.

Shipping has two main issues: DPD bad tracking. Additional wait time above the stated Additional local shipping issues caused due to Roccat profile not having field for "Phone for contact"...

Firstly the front page is confusing why i need to click either US or EU site, fix this. From my last order was missing tracking infos and customer support didn't do anything. Site overall could be more clear and products specs easier to found.

The software keeps crashing on hibernation after more than a year working with their engineering team to get it fixed. Also, there is no custom macro support for membrane keyboards.
