Rescue Direct

Ordered some life vests in red and they sent me the yellow ones. Had to go through the process of returning and waiting. Then I ordered whistles in orange and they sent two with two on back ordered and when the two on back order finally arrived they were black. So I wound up with two orange and two black. Not sure why they can’t get a simple order down but I’d loose my job if I were that incompetent. I’d recommend shopping somewhere else.

Not sure where my stuff is

I have never received my product. I've tried several times to reach out to you guys to inform you and got nothing. Tracking still shows and it's stuck in North Carolina.

Ordered two weeks ago and still haven’t received. No shipping information available and says unable to track. Emailed customer service and have received no response back.

I can not give a rating at this time.
