Order (#REC-1518337) not yet received.

issue with order and haven't had any support

One star doesn't give it justice. No communications after initial order and follow up emails and phone calls.

You’re asking for a review for an item I have still not received even after eight weeks!! Terrible order fulfillment. No customer service to speak of.
