Waiting on refund
Returning an item that was sent back in 10/21/23. It was received to the warehouse 10/24/23. I sent an email to customer service on Friday 10/27/23 for the status of my refund. I was told that yes it was received but I had to wait for the warehouse to scan it before I will get my refund… This needs to be completed in a more timely manner and without such loose timeframes.
Still waiting…..
