The new bag arrived with malfunctioning side rods. Your customer service agents have not responded to my requests for replacement

We ordered a brand new medium Rac n Roll and received a damaged return from someone else that was missing the garment rack. When you order a bag in this price range directly from the Company you expect a new product with the appropriate pieces. Sub-par experience.

Received my original order and the duffle bag I ordered arrived with scratches throughout the bag and the lever to pull the bag would not work. I immediately notified customer service and they assured me that a replacement would be sent out in time for our upcoming dance competition. I waited and waited, and the bag did not arrive before our dance competition. We convinced all of my daughter's friends to purchase the duffle bag so they can all match and my daughter was the only one that didn't have her bag. Not to mention how inconvenient it was to bring all of her outfits in other bags. I completely regret making this $500 purchase and wish I would have gone with the Dream Duffle instead! When I reached out to customer service, they basically didn't take any responsibility and blamed it on UPS. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money!

I wish I could give a better review as I had high hopes with the bag itself. I purchased the medium performance bag on Jun 06 and when I spoke with someone before placing the order (which was a big factor since we need the bag at a certain date) I was told we would have the bag before Jul 11 when we had to leave for an out-of-state Nationals competition. The shipment didn't happen until after I sent a follow-up email asking for the status and the bag was shipped the next day. It feels like the shipment wouldn't have happened had I not send the follow-up email. We had already left and now the bag is sitting in our house and we will not experience using it until next year when competitions start again.
