I did accidentally order some plastic containers but wanted glass. So it was my fault. The problems I am running into is that the website says their customer service phone number is temporally down and their labeling system to return it is also not working. That has been for weeks and going on months. No one can seem to help me return it and get a credit proceed. My advice is make you order correctly, otherwise you might not be able to return it and you will lose your money.
