I didn’t receive what I paid for as my order was incomplete. I paid 8/926 and it is now 8/25/26 and I am yet to receive the 10 piece snap ware set that was missing from the shipment. I message 3-4 times and sent photos. I was offered no compensation for the inconvenience and the problem is still not resolved.

Never received my order and communication attempts have not worked.

I rarely write bad reviews (and I love these bowls) but do NOT BUY THEM DIRECTLY from PYREX. The shipping cost was insane. Nearly doubled the price of each bowl. Unfortunately, because I used Apple Pay, I missed the huge bump up in the total until the bowls were already purchased. Now I trying to return them and was told their free shipping label system is down and they don’t know when it will be back up. What??? I was told if I want to return them now, I have to pay for the shipping. And they have a restocking charge!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!

HORRIBLE! ORDERED (16) 3 CUP CONTAINERS FOR 118$ and GOT JUST LIDS . Emailed and no response. NEVER WILL BUY AGAIN
