Have not received the product ordered back in January

It's been more than 2 weeks since my order was paid for and no lids yet. Never again.

18 days after ordering, charged a ridiculous shipping amount, still not received! And customer service says to be patient! Don’t waste your time or money.

The tabs on several lids are coming off, resulting in a poor seal.
