Didn’t receive the package at all! I would like have them deliver please thank you

So far haven’t heard from customer support since my initial ticket, so unable to rate the actual service portion of my order!

Missing a lid that was paid for, one of the glass containers had a design flaw that should have been caught prior to shipping. Will not order again.

This order has taken up way too much of my effort. This is the second time I've replaced these lids because they keep tearing. The email I received says you need three to four weeks to ship the correct size. Why?

Items in the shipment were broken.
