Customer service is good on the phone but followup is poor

Two of the three items I ordered have faulty lids that don't stay snapped on.

Price was good, service was good product is good other than a missing flap

Didn’t receive the package at all! I would like have them deliver please thank you

So far haven’t heard from customer support since my initial ticket, so unable to rate the actual service portion of my order!
