Item arrived broken.

It took over a week for me to receive the order from Chicago to Lake Villa and the site is not working as far as returns are concerned. Why can’t customers service over the phone handle returns?

Older versions work better, the lids do not seal well. Too pricey for functionality not to work seamlessly.

Bought this to replace an old lid that had chipped. This new one has suffered from shrinkflation. It’s not as hefty. The ridge is not as deep into the dish and the handle is super tiny. Very disappointed in Pyrex. They have been on a steady decline in quality. But I didn’t want to eat glass chips from the old one so this was all I could get.
