Missing a lid that was paid for, one of the glass containers had a design flaw that should have been caught prior to shipping. Will not order again.

I rarely write bad reviews (and I love these bowls) but do NOT BUY THEM DIRECTLY from PYREX. The shipping cost was insane. Nearly doubled the price of each bowl. Unfortunately, because I used Apple Pay, I missed the huge bump up in the total until the bowls were already purchased. Now I trying to return them and was told their free shipping label system is down and they don’t know when it will be back up. What??? I was told if I want to return them now, I have to pay for the shipping. And they have a restocking charge!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!

HORRIBLE! ORDERED (16) 3 CUP CONTAINERS FOR 118$ and GOT JUST LIDS . Emailed and no response. NEVER WILL BUY AGAIN

Horrible. Don’t buy this. Worst customer care ever. It doesn’t fit any I cant get anyone to refund me.

Lid came broken. I tried reaching out to customer service twice. No response. Do not buy.
