Bought this to replace an old lid that had chipped. This new one has suffered from shrinkflation. It’s not as hefty. The ridge is not as deep into the dish and the handle is super tiny. Very disappointed in Pyrex. They have been on a steady decline in quality. But I didn’t want to eat glass chips from the old one so this was all I could get.

so far you haven't addressed the broken lid

One container is chipped and cracked and one snap lid is broken and won’t seal properly. Disappointing

Customer service is good on the phone but followup is poor
