The item is wonderful. The shipping cost is exorbitant and a disrespect to your customers.

I had to return this item because the seller did not provide the exterior length dimension. With the handles that dimension is 14," too big for my toaster oven.

Very obnoxious that the bottoms are not completely flat. Seems like basic quality control. Will be looking elsewhere next time.

Item arrived broken.

Older versions work better, the lids do not seal well. Too pricey for functionality not to work seamlessly.
