No Customer Service

Worst customer service experience ever. Still haven’t gotten in touch with them after 4 or 5 (I can’t remember) separate “contact us” forms filled out over the last almost 3 weeks. I’ve already sold the helmet they sent and bought a 187 instead.

Absolutely awful customer service or better said lack of customer service I got the wrong size and emailed Protech and got nothing but an automated reply with a return label. There’s no customer service phone number either the worst communication process.

Custom service was bad. Told me they do exchange even though the size chart is incorrect for this helmet. Horrible.

received a helmet that was

received a helmet that was too small and purchased a second larger size that worked. filled out a form on the website and a couple of days later sent an email requesting return paperwork and have not heard back, not even an acknowledgement of receipt of my email and online inquiry... it's been a week.

Try a different brand!

I submitted 2 messages to customer service and never received and answer. I order 2 separate items and for one helmet the liner/foam seems detached from the shell and seems unsafe, I don't even know why I'm writing this because more likely nobody will respond or do anything about it, its unfortunate
