Terrible customer service. No one will respond so I’m stuck with a helmet that doesn’t fit

Hi, this is my third attempt requesting return RMA# (first on 6/26, second on 6/30) for Order 67304 . I bought the helmet on 6/13 and by your return policy I need to return it by 7/13 and I have been requesting the return RMA through e-mail and through your website contact page 3 times. Please provide the return RMA# for me to complete the return. Thanks a lot. Alan

Awful company terrible service terrible shipping do not buy anything directly from Pro-Tec if you want one of their products use an outside vendor not the company itself.
