Congratulations, you are the WORST!
I hardly know where to begin. After a dozen unanswered emails (no telephone number for customer service at all) to the supposed "customer service" I still have not received my helmet which was ordered on September 1, 2023, order #68435, nor have I been given any explanation as to why. As I was leaving on a foiling trip on September 15th and still had no useful information from you, I ordered the exact same helmet from Amazon which arrived two days later. I will NEVER order from you again, will tell all my wind sports buddies the same, and am expecting, though I don't know why, some kind of explanation with a full refund.
