I never received my order!?

I placed a order in September 4th and today is October 1st and I never received the order I placed or got any emails that it shipped? Not a good experience

No one really responds. You sent me the wrong size

Tried to buy direct to support, sent me the wrong size which s happens so no big deal but no one will respond to fix the issue. So after 25 years of riding protec helmets I bought a poc at a local bike shop.

Order took WAY longer than

Order took WAY longer than what was stated on the website. Customer service was non responsive. Eventually my pads arrived. Support other companies, pro-tec has gone downhill.

Congratulations, you are the WORST!

I hardly know where to begin. After a dozen unanswered emails (no telephone number for customer service at all) to the supposed "customer service" I still have not received my helmet which was ordered on September 1, 2023, order #68435, nor have I been given any explanation as to why. As I was leaving on a foiling trip on September 15th and still had no useful information from you, I ordered the exact same helmet from Amazon which arrived two days later. I will NEVER order from you again, will tell all my wind sports buddies the same, and am expecting, though I don't know why, some kind of explanation with a full refund.
