VP Procurement

There was a lot of good information. The speakers were great. I really like the round table discussions. Makes it a little easier compare issues.

Overall a solid conference

Good opportunities to liked the supplier booths. Improvement needed is summary notes from the forum discussions with key takeaways. I would also recommend a forum amongst major IFM suppliers ( JLL, CBRE, Cushman, Sodexo) to hear industry trends.

The sessions and networking were practical, timely and relevant. It was good to attend a conference that was not overwhelming in terms of the number of participants

I thought it was a good conference. The small list of attendees meant that the session topics were more focused and the interaction between attendees was easy. Especially the interaction with peers drove good conversations and knowledge sharing, and I am sure will lead to more as we connect after the conference. I had higher expectations for the different tracks on day 1. I think it is valuable to spend at least half a day focusing on one specific category/topic including workshops and case studies. It was more panels and presentations and one track got canceled. I think focus on Outsourcing and Construction are key topics for tracks going forward. Lastly, I thought the innovation session missed the mark by focusing primarily on Construction/Project innovation. I think it had been better focused on innovation in outsourcing/long term deals.

The meeting space was size right for the venue, there was enough space to move around nicely yet small enough so everyone had a chance to meet and exchange ideas.
