Great networking - like the app - the contact scan was tricky and unreliable though. Would love to see more industry intel, what are the kpi's we should be using to manage our IFM - what's next trend wise for facilities industry etc. It would also be good to get a more robust set of suppliers exhibiting. Great lunches!

Pro's: Good exposure to other firms and their challenges in Facilities Management. Tracks were relevant: construction and Fac Management

Overall good conference. Disappointed that some of the key presentations didn't take place due to speakers not showing up.

Very well done, much better than last year. Subject matter was more specific to IFM, and Construction. Very much enjoyed it.
