This company is the worst. I have had 3 broken treadmills and they wanted me to pay disposal because they didn't have a currier in my area. These treadmills were all less then 2 months old. I spent countless hours on hold. I will never buy anything from this company again.

Machine keeps breaking down and I end up being unbaked to use for long periods of time.

My bike that cost a pretty penny hasn't worked over 8 months now! I have the warranty, that I paid another pretty penny for, and I've been given the run around. Horrible service!! Don't buy from them!!! The ifit app is fire!! But not proform!

The exercise machine makes a lot of noise while using it. Also, my knees hurt whenever I use it. I think that proform should have a trade in program. I have only used the machine probably about two hours over the year that I have had it.

Never received my order. I have 3 proform machines and none of them have functioned properly from day one. Stay far away from this brand. Their products are junk IF you even receive them.
