I’ve owned it less than a year and the bike has broken twice.

Horrible experience, difficulty with getting in touch with delivery staff I purchased delivery and assembly First time they were going to drop it on curbside. I told them that I have been waiting for several weeks and you guys don’t know about it and I want to buy it from somewhere else and they were going to charge me delivery fee of $200 plus restocking fee! Amazing Then I had to call and schedule again (when I called they didn’t know anything about it) Second time they send me a broken medicine so the guy who brought it suggested that he should take it back and we did Had to call again and they again had no clue So every time had to explain them what’s going on. So it took over a month to get the treadmill delivered

I made a claim before my one year warranty was up and they got back to me after it was up and said they can not help me. I bought the extended warranty and the time of purchase, provided proof and then they never responded back. I forwarded that same email 3-4 times asking politely to please respond because my machine is messing up and it should be under warranty but you guys never put it on my account. Still crickets until today. HORRIBLE for a name brand product. Should have just went to Walmart.

I regret buying this machine. Now I’m stuck with an over priced piece of junk.

Waited weeks for the replacement board to come in. Then when the tech arrived today to install the walking platform was damaged and cracked from shipment. So now I have to wait another couple weeks for another replacement.
