AVOID!

We had NOTHING but problems with our ProForm bike, resulting in multiple repair visits (each with a four-hour window, so taking off work to accommodate), each of which resulted in a bike that was still not fixed and the promise of a return visit. For the four months the bike was in our home, it was functional for about one month. We finally insisted that it be returned and refunded. We went with the incredibly popular completion and haven't looked back. I would recommend ProForm to NO ONE.

Product defective, customer service worse

We got an elliptical and the pieces didn't fit together like they were supposed to. So I called customer service and told them the pieces that didn't fit correctly and I was sent the wrong pieces so then I asked again for the specific piece I had the correct part number and they wouldn't listen so I received the wrong piece again... so finally after waiting three months... my husband decided to diy and build it together and bending the pieces and lubricating them so they would actually fit together... the thing clunks but it mostly works, no thanks to the customer service people. It was horrible. And they wasted parts by sending the wrong part twice. Listen to your customers we aren't as stupid as you think sometimes.

Equipment is trash

Treadmill stopped working after 6 months, the motor seized. I went through hell with customer service to get it up and running. After 3 months and 3 control boards later (which didn’t match my original and turned out to be wrong) despite me telling them the motor is dead, I finally get a new motor shipped. The motor takes another month to get to me and were up an running again. Fast forward 8 months later the motor burns out once more, this time customer service tells me that the motor is not covered under the life time warranty for my model treadmill, even though all my paperwork says it is. Customer service tells me the original motor was covered not the replacement. So bottom line is I had this treadmill for a little over a year and a half and it was broke down for at least half of that time. Customer service either won’t answer the phone to help you and when they do they give excuses why they can’t help you. But it’s not all bad, I threw the proform garbage in the trash and got a Peloton. Much better upgrade, equipment and service you can rely on.
