I have not had my treadmill operating since April despite making repairs myself with parts sent to me with utube videos. I have had no service technician contact me to fix the belt not running.

Poor quality and even worse support

The bike we received is not what we ordered. They have been unable to resolve.

The bike is ok. But I was sold a warranty and told that it included maintenance which I found out it doesn’t. But as soon as something breaks it’s no charge to have someone come fix it. Kinda doesn’t make sense

Was told no one would help me set up due to COVID. Later found out that was a lie. Machine malfunctioned and they tried to get me to fix it myself, which would have voided my warranty. They did not want to pay for repairs.
