I had to make over 27 customer service calls and emails before my problem ever got fixed. It took over 2.5 months to fix my bike and customer service said they would credit my account because of how long we were without a bike, but I'm not sure that happened. I pray my bike never breaks again, I don't want to go through that hassle again.

I have a ProForm treadmill that works wonderfully but the technology for the screen is terrible. I have been unable to update it for over 6 months. I have tried to reach out for technical support and no one ever has gotten back to me. Thank goodness the manual mode still works.

Bought the Pro-form 9000 2 years ago had it repaired 4 times replacing the control module - the belt the - drive motor- then the whole top unit with iPad fan speakers incline and speed control with three deferent tech visits in the the last to year, all because the machine kept going in to pause in the middle of the workout. And it still dose the same thing. Yes I bought the extra 3 year warranty but what good is it if it can’t be fixed. It’s just sitting there taking up space and only has a hundred miles on it. I think I’ll buy the assault pro manual smart treadmill. What can I say you wanted a review .

Your company took it upon itself to charge my bank account $396 I want it refunded I never wanted it renewed it shows me that your company cannot be trusted

I am terribly unhappy with my purchase and i would NEVER recommend this company. Got the Elliptical and missing parts, yes they sent me a ton more parts but not the right ones. I could come close to building a new one with all the wrong parts they sent. My machine still sucks and breaks constantly. The screen only comes on sometimes and now it refuses to connect to wifi. So that means nothing on the screen. The work out videos are gone without the connection. What a complete waste of my money. Hours and hours spent trying to get this $1500 piece to just do what its suppose to do. HORRIBLE
