About once a month, my bike won’t start up and I have to manually restart using a paper clip and 10 minute delay

Bought my tread last year. Broke on the very 1st day I used it. A repairman came out a few times to resolve the issue which was something with the computer. Ended up replacing the whole top piece on a BRAND NEW TREAD. Since then the fan barely puts out any air and the workouts will make sudden adjustments as if I changed something although no buttons were touched. Really upsetting that I'm paying on essentially a broken piece of equipment which should have been replaced.

My fans stopped working on my machine. Still have not been contacted. I love my machine and love the ifit workout programs but the original hassle in actual delivery and now no help in getting the fans to work has been displeasing.

I ordered and H14 at the beginning of the pandemic and it lasted barely 2 years. Worse, after ordering almost $800 in parts the service technician deemed in unrepairable. ProForm has a 30% restocking fee to top it off.

Very difficult to get a good maintenance service for my bike I need a full maintenance on my bike as it make some noise
