The customer service is nearly nonexistent. I have waited onhold for 1hr and got to speak with nobody. I have waited on a chat for 45 minutes and spoke with nobody.

I think shipping shouldn't have taken 3 weeks. But the assemblers were nice a n d polite

The platform is great in isolation but would be nice to have more integration with other services. It is frustrating to have different services to track my health progress.

I purchased the extended warranty for three pieces of new equipment. One piece never arrived, my spin bike and treadmill arrived and I am having issues already. I’m rating service as a two because I paid for extended services for all pieces of equipment and paid for it and when I called to verify my warranties, no one could assist me with the fact that the extended warranty was not noted. I had to prove it with receipts although the receipt copy was my receipt I received when I purchased the equipment. Even now a year later I still have issues with using the extended warranty. But so glad I have it because I have had so many issues with my treadmill and spin bike. The warranty should cover at least 24 months of labor and parts.

Customer support was not helpful
