The treadmill that I bought from ProForm is great and worked really well for the first year. Unfortunately, after the first year, the treadmill is now making strange sounds. It still works but I did not expect a treadmill that cost so much to be making weird noises already.

I'm happy with my product but I have confilcting reciept information. One says I purchased the 5 year warranty, which is correct, and the other says I'm out of warranty, which is incorrect. I'm afraid this will be a problem if I have to make a claim.

Call was answered quickly but I was unable to get an answer about when the software problem with creating a bike route would be corrected. All I was told it is a known issue. Not too helpful.

The replacement parts came a little later than expected but in good condition. The technician ordered never called me and didn’t return any of my calls. I gave up trying when the voice mailbox was full. That was disappointing. I ended up replacing the parts myself but still need the machine serviced for regular maintenance and am discouraged.

The support is great, the store is great, the delivery is great. However, after using my machine for a while knowing, I can have full access to my unit but locked out is not what I expected. I believe I should have full access to my unit with full privileges no lockouts. I paid a lot of money for something to enjoy, and I cannot fully enjoy. The large android tablet built in is locked it should be unlocked.
