I like the bike but the visual screen is not very clear. Perhaps this is something that can be corrected?

We waited several months for our treadmill. When it first arrived, we were happy with it and it functioned as it should. After several months, the belt folded up over itself. Despite being under warranty, Pro-form was not helpful and only willing to send a new built (but not a tech). We followed the videos to fix it ourselves but immediately ran into some rusted screws and decided we should hire someone to handle the repair. We hired an independent contractor to replace the belt. Upon disassembling the machine, the contractor indicated that we had much bigger problems. There were several rusted parts including the roller that controls the belt and the deck of the machine was damp. There were several other issues that he advised us should not exist for a machine less than a year old, particularly since it was in a climate and humidity controlled space. (These were parts that came assembled so we have no way of knowing if the parts were good when the machine arrived.) At that point, I spent days contacting the company until we FINALLY got a rep that would send a technician out with new rollers screws, etc. We definitely would not buy again!

I like my preform treadmill. This is the second one I have purchased. On this one, I opted for delivery and set up. The delivery men were late, and instead of that morning, they arrived after 5 and advised that they could not set it up for me. I was very disappointed, but I did get it set up by myself. The box was very beat up and the lower front cover was cracked and didn’t fit well. That didn’t interfere with function, but was a cosmetic issue/disappointment. I informed profirm shortly afterwards, but the company made no effort to refund the setup fee. I would advise anyone purchasing one not to pay extra for set up. It is a royal pain but you can put it together yourself.

Hi - I called initially and the person who helped me was not helpful. Had me hold while he checked the machine I had and I ultimately hung up because it took too long. The second time (the person who ordered the part for me) was great. He was fast clear and handled it all with no issue or questions needed to others. I would give the second person 5 stars but overall lower with the person I spoke with initially

The company is great, the financing fantastic but the machine itself - Well I am not all that happy with it. The touch screen has issues, whatever device they used in there is cheap and disconnects from the internet often. I fit is great but I wish the actual elliptical have some routines already in it like gyms do you know for when the touch screen does not work!! I probably will not buy online again. I may buy proform it just depends what the machines offer. That will be the selling point and I will go to a sports store or retailer.
